An Absolute Mechanical filter (AMF) machine is a filtering soild particles greater than a stated micron size. We may choose either “Nominal” or “Absolute” filtering systems. Beta ratio of elements: Beta ratio gives us a scientific standard to compose the filtration quality of elements. Example: If a 5 micron filter element has 1,000,000 particles upstream and allow 1000 particles downstream through its media.
